We will have earlier than normal yoga and strength conditioning available to us during November. Yoga will be on Thursdays starting 11/16. Please note the new location at A2 Yoga Center. Strength Conditioning will have drop-in hours 4-5:30, Tu and Fr, starting 11/10.

Proof of having a physical exam no earlier than April 15, 2017 is required in order to complete registration. Any rower without this will not be allow to participate. If an appt. cannot be made prior to the start date of August 21, you have the following walk-in options:
IHA members may visit their Jackson Rd or Plymouth Rd locations. Please contact them directly for available hours.
Advanced Urgent Care offers physical exams for $29. 9am-9pm, seven days a week. 1785 W. Stadium Blvd, A2 995-8888
Conditioning will begin Monday, August 14-18 at Bandemer, 4-6pm. This is for RETURNING ROWERS ONLY. New novices will begin Monday, August 21.
We will be starting up again on Monday, August 21 with practices M-F 4:15-6:30 at Bandermer Park. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE THE ENTIRE REGISTRATION PROCESS BEFORE ATTENDING PRACTICE. Those not registered completely will not be allowed to participate.

The spring season officially starts Monday March 13, when will have a team meeting for the rowers/coxswains at 4-5pm in the PHS Cafeteria. Due to uncertain weather conditions, locations and activities for the first week of practice will determined on a daily basis. We will give as much advance notice as possible.
February brings the final 6 weeks of training towards our March 13 spring start date. Add’l ergs added before and after strength training.
PHASE III, Feb-Mar
Mon: Women’s ergs, 4-5pm, Men’s Ergs 5-6pm
Tues: Strength Training, Women 4:00-4:45, Men 4:45-5:30
Erg warmup/cooldown: Men 4:00-4:45, Women 4:45-5:30
Wed: Men’s ergs, 4-5pm, Women’s Ergs 5-6pm
Thurs: Yoga, Men 4-5, Women 5-6 thru Feb 9, Erg same times starting Feb 16
Fri: Strength Training, Men 4:00-4:45, Women 4:45-5:30
