Physical Exams

Proof of having a physical exam no earlier than April 15, 2017 is required in order to complete registration. Any rower without this will not be allow to participate. If an appt. cannot be made prior to the start date of August 21, you have the following walk-in options:

IHA members may visit their Jackson Rd or Plymouth Rd locations. Please contact them directly for available hours.
Advanced Urgent Care offers physical exams for $29. 9am-9pm, seven days a week. 1785 W. Stadium Blvd, A2 995-8888

Conditioning for Returning Rowers Begins Monday, August 14

Conditioning will begin Monday, August 14-18 at Bandemer, 4-6pm. This is for RETURNING ROWERS ONLY. New novices will begin Monday, August 21.

Fall Season Begins Monday, August 21

We will be starting up again on Monday, August 21 with practices M-F 4:15-6:30 at Bandermer Park. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE THE ENTIRE REGISTRATION PROCESS BEFORE ATTENDING PRACTICE. Those not registered completely will not be allowed to participate.

Spring 2016 Volunteer Sign-ups

We are looking forward to a great rowing season! It goes without saying that every single parent of a rower/coxswain is needed to help in one form or another to make this a seamless event for our children.

You’ll find descriptions of what you can do here. Please check the regatta schedule for event dates. Regatta carpool driver signups and travel details will be on the travel/hotel page.

Parent Meeting, Wednesday, March 23, 7:30pm

We will have our parent meeting on Wednesday, March 23, from 7:30-8:30pm, in the PHS Cafeteria Annex.

New Online Information and Conflict Form

Team Meeting, PHS Monday, March 14

The spring season officially starts Monday, March 14. We’ll have a team meeting in the Cafeteria Annex in PHS from 4-5pm. Practices will be at the boathouse from Tuesday forward.
