Sign up to reserve a seat in the 2017 Pioneer Row Along Regatta!
We will be hosting this popular event on Sunday, October 8th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (rain date is Saturday, October 21st) where parents, siblings, and friends will learn the fundamentals of rowing from our outstanding coaching staff. Each 90-minute lesson includes a 45-minute boat orientation and erg lesson on land followed by 45 minutes of instructed rowing on the water. Refreshments will be served upon your return.

- Youth Boats: $30 Students (ages 13-14)
Advance payment is required. You may pay online below or deposit your check, payable to Pioneer Rowing Club, in the boat house lock box. Please clearly indicate “Row Along” and the names of the participants with payment.
It is time for Pioneer athletes, parents, siblings (must be age 13 or older), alumni, friends, & supporters to sign up to help with our initial U of M stadium seat cushion installation fundraiser on Sunday, August 23rd and Saturday, August 29th. Plenty of fresh air and stair-climbing exercise! Unfortunately, we are limited to a maximum of 10 volunteers from each team for this first event.

We have the opportunity to earn money for our team by volunteering to be a marshal during the Ann Arbor Marathon. This year’s marathon is on Sunday, March 29. Each volunteer shift is approximately 5 hours and each volunteer will earn $40 for your team. Volunteers will receive a t-shirt and there will be some training before the marathon. You will receive information from the Marathon organizers once you sign up here.

This weekend is the last opportunity this year to earn money though the Booster Club for our team. Parent and student volunteers will be uninstalling cushions and preparing them for storage. This work involves walking and stair climbing so wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Report to Gate 9 (Keech Ave.)

The 2014 Wine Tasting and Silent Auction will be next Sunday, November 16th, at 5 pm, at Rush Street, on Main. This is our team’s most popular and entertaining fund raising event. We are pleased to announce that Jeff Jackson will return to lead the tasting. New this year will be several exciting items that will be auctioned off live by our very own head coach.
